Welcome

My work addresses the different relationships between spatial environments and our lives. I explore how the city encroaches upon the empty landscape, always pushing up and out. Yet, if untended, as in a garden, the city soon turns to urban decay. The relationship we form with our surroundings can also affect our physical selves. These dichotomies have become the underlying focus of my abstract and figurative paintings.
